Frances is the mother of two grown children and grandmother of 2 beautiful little girls and one handsome little boy. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to Florida in 1989.

After retiring in 2018 from a Pharmacist and retail pharmacy manager career, she decided on a second career as a Realtor. Real estate has been a long-standing passion for her, inspired by witnessing her sister's successful career in the field. She has nurtured this desire for many years, and now she is enjoying her own journey in real estate. Her experience as a pharmacist has instilled in her a deep sense of commitment to helping people and dealing with complex issues. This background will undoubtedly translate well into a career in real estate, where she can assist individuals in attaining their dream homes, vacation properties, or investment assets

Frances possesses advanced training and specialized knowledge as a certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist and a waterfront specialist. Her training encompasses a wide range of essential areas, including market analysis, investment strategies, property management, and customer service specific to resort and second-home properties. Frances has developed a deep understanding of the distinct intricacies and nuances of these markets.  

Frances's proficiency with VA loans demonstrates her superior knowledge and clear passion for serving others. She has been recognized by the VAloan.org as a "veteran and active duty advocating real estate professional".

When Fran is not working, she loves listening to rock n roll music (and dancing too!), running half marathons, babysitting her adorable grandchildren, and photographing our beautiful sunsets.
